It aims to introduce a group of world-class scholars or national-level talents around the needs of the world's scientific and technological frontiers, the main economic battlefield, the major needs of the country, and the life and health of the people.
Conditions for declaration
1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;
2. Generally should have a doctoral degree;
3. Carry out original research and key technology research, achieve high-level academic results, make outstanding performance contributions, and have the ability or potential to lead and pioneer;
4. The age of applicants is generally not more than 55 years old, and the age of applicants in humanities and social sciences and other disciplines can be appropriately relaxed.
Relevant treatment
1. Hire as a chair professor (long-term) or tenured position; Doctoral supervisor qualifications are awarded;
2. In principle, the school will cash out the remuneration package for the selected candidates according to the corresponding employment positions, and provide a set of finely decorated new houses, or the corresponding value of settling-in fees and housing monetization subsidies;
3. In principle, the school provides financial support for scientific research start-up, and the selected candidates for the chair professor (long-term)/tenured position (one post) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and the selected tenured post (second post) will be 2 million to 6 million yuan, and the tenured post (third post) will be selected for 1 million to 4 million yuan;

Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholars (Overseas)
It aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have achieved good results in natural sciences, engineering technology and other fields to return to China (come to China) to work, independently choose research directions to carry out innovative research, promote the rapid growth of young scientific and technological talents, cultivate a group of outstanding academic backbones who are expected to enter the forefront of world science and technology, and contribute to the construction of a scientific and technological power.
Conditions for declaration
1. Applicants for the Outstanding Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:
(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;
(2) Age not more than 40 years old;
(3) Have a doctoral degree;
(4) The research direction is mainly natural science, engineering technology, etc.;
(5) Generally, they should obtain formal teaching or scientific research positions in overseas universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprise R&D institutions, and have more than 36 consecutive months of work experience; Those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas with particularly outstanding performance can appropriately relax the working experience requirements;
(6) Obtain scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in this field;
(7) The applicant has not returned to China (to work) full-time, or has returned to China to work for less than 1 year. After receiving the subsidy notice, you must quit your overseas job or have no job overseas, and return to China (come to China) full-time to work for not less than 3 years.
2. Limitation requirements:
Implement the requirements of relevant central departments on the overall planning and connection of the national science and technology talent plan. During the support period of the National Science and Technology Talent Program at the same level, only one can be undertaken, and the application cannot be applied against the level.

Shenzhou Scholars: It has great potential for innovation and development, has achieved outstanding scientific research results, has the equivalent academic level of national young talents, and has the development potential to grow into a leading talent in this field.
Shenzhou Young Scholars: Those who have achieved high-level scientific research results recognized by peer experts have the potential to grow into national young talents in this field.
3. The age of Shenzhou Scholars applicants is generally not more than 38 years old, and the age of Shenzhou Young Scholars applicants is generally not more than 32 years old.
Related treatment
1. The selected Shenzhou Scholar is appointed as a senior professional and technical position, and the Shenzhou Young Scholar is appointed as a deputy senior professional and technical position or above;
2. Remuneration (including national and local parts): 800,000 yuan/year (before tax) for Shenzhou Scholars, 500,000 yuan/year (before tax) for Shenzhou Young Scholars;

3. Obtain a doctoral degree for no more than three years;
4. Applicants for associate researcher positions are generally under 32 years old, and assistant researcher positions are not more than 35 years old.
Selection process
1. Associate researcher position: The school organizes the selection and determines the appointed personnel based on merit;
2. Assistant researcher position: The second-level unit will determine the recruitment candidates based on merit, and can go through the entry approval and employment procedures at any time.

1. The funding standard for the first employment period of associate researcher positions is 310,000-350,000 yuan/year, and the school provides 100,000 yuan for scientific research start-up funds;

2. After each unit checks and recommends, the school organizes review and appointment. Generally, the personnel to be hired should come to the school to go through the entry procedures within 6 months from the date of approval by the school; If the entry physical examination and other audits are unqualified, the entry qualification will be cancelled.
3. Under any of the following circumstances, the employment qualification will not be retained:
(1) Fresh college graduates cannot provide valid graduation certificates and degree certificates (degrees obtained abroad and abroad must provide degree certification certificates from the Ministry of Education);
