China-Belarus Science and Technology Forum in the Field of Electronic Information Successfully Held at Harbin Institute of Technology

On April 27–28, the "China-Belarus Science and Technology Forum in the Field of Electronic Information", hosted by our institute, was successfully held at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). Focusing on cutting-edge directions including electronic information, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, space remote sensing, and micro-nano engineering, the forum further deepened the in-depth and practical development of scientific, educational and collaborative cooperation between HIT and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Prior to the opening ceremony, Liu Ting, Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President of HIT, met with the delegation led by Sergey Sergeevich Shcherbakov, Vice President of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Relevant persons in charge of the Academy of Science and Industrial Technology, the International Cooperation Department, and the School of Electronics and Information Engineering attended the meeting

Bilateral Meeting Scene

After the meeting, Liu Ting and Shcherbakov jointly attended and delivered speeches at the opening ceremony of the China-Belarus Science and Technology Forum in the Field of Electronic Information. After the opening ceremony, Belarusian experts gave a series of academic reports on intelligent and autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, microsystems, spatial information and other fields, sharing their latest scientific research achievements.

Forum Scene

On April 28, the Belarusian delegation held a special seminar with the School of Electronics and Information Engineering of HIT. Representatives from various majors of the school participated in the seminar. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and reached in-depth cooperation consensus in fields such as information processing, laying a foundation for subsequent technological cooperation.
